The Opportunity:

  • Attend key meetings and design reviews to monitor progress, collaborate on problem-solving, and communicate impacts to partners
  • Participate in site walks with GC, Cost Manager, and client PM to assess progress and identify potential cost impacts
  • Consolidate data to prepare detailed estimates, cost reports, and analyses
  • Maintain project change management logs with a detailed focus
  • Work with the Cost Management team on complex client tasks
  • Monitor financial close-out on all projects, including vendor settlements

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have a degree or experience in project management or construction
  • Are chartered or are working towards it
  • Have experience in pre- and post-contract cost management
  • Are excellent communicators verbally and in writing
  • Enjoy a dynamic environment where they can manage priorities and deadlines
  • Thrive on building strong relationships with teams and clients through a shared purpose and openness

Salary Range: The salary for this role is between $65,000 and $85,000, depending on education, experience, and skill set.
