Sales Associate Program:
- The Sales Associate will undergo approximately two (2) months of onboarding and twentytwo (22) months of functional field sales training and experience, working or assisting in a territory
- Holding a Sales Associate position should not exceed twentyfour (24) months from your start date, promotion into the TSM or next level position should occur before this time period
- Projects could include temporarily relocating to an open territory for an extended period of time to cover a vacancy
- Other extended travel could include job shadowing senior level sales professionals to learn the business, inservices at customer locations to train clinicians Upon successful completion of the Sales Associate program and in line with all assigned Management Business Objectives (MBOs), individuals are able to vie for open TSM, or next level, positions that match their skills and interests within the Company
- Filling an open position will likely include permanent relocation, so you must be open to movin
