Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls in a dynamic work environment.
- Assist both internal and external clients with inquiries and transactions.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to promote loyalty and repeat business.
- Effectively manage multiple tasks and maintain detailed financial account records.
- Stay compliant with banking regulations and complete necessary training.
To excel in this role, you need:
Experience: High school diploma or equivalent and at least 12 months of customer service experience. Call center background is beneficial.
Skills and Abilities: Develop relationships effectively, work well in a fast-paced setting, and demonstrate accuracy in communication and problem-solving.
Educational Background: Read, write, and communicate effectively. Mathematical skills including basic arithmetic. Reasoning ability to handle various situations.
Physical Demands: Sitting, using hands, reaching, and talking are essential.
Work Environment: The noise level is moderate, and occasional standing or walking may be required.
Work Schedule: The current schedule is from 10AM-7PM with rotating Saturdays, subject to change.
