About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Support Specialist II to join our team at First Interstate Bank. As a key member of our Treasury team, you will provide technical and operational support to our customers and branch network, ensuring seamless delivery of Treasury services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-depth technical and operational support to customers and branch personnel, including set-up, maintenance, and ongoing customer support.
  • Daily processing and on-boarding of incoming customer agreements, applications, and maintenance forms.
  • Assess customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs, working closely with branch personnel and business banking officers.
  • Assist business clients in managing their existing Treasury relationship, responding timely to calls and correspondence from clients.
  • Handle internal and external customer service calls and messages, cooperating with and supporting adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) and two (2) or more years' experience and/or training required.
  • Sales and business development experience and knowledge of First Interstate Bank's network and delivery systems desired.
  • Proven experience delivering exemplary customer service, assessing customer needs, and possessing advanced Microsoft Office knowledge and experience.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive total compensation package, including base salary and benefits, with a pay range of $21.97 to $31.38 per hour, depending on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and Paid Time Off, including Federal holidays.
