About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Card Business Servicing Specialist I to join our team at First Interstate Bancsystem Inc. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our credit card clients and branch network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process business account maintenance in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage the consumer and small business application workflow within established Service Level Agreements
  • Perform file maintenance to credit card products and act as a resource for Credit Card Customer Service team and branch personnel
  • Establish and maintain relationships with market delivery, cardholders, and vendors to support questions, application accuracy, and reporting
  • Assist with other duties as assigned and deemed necessary to meet the needs of the business
Requirements
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required; Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university and four or more years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of general banking products required
  • Proven experience delivering exemplary level of customer service in a professional environment
  • Strong computer and technical skills required, including advanced Microsoft Office knowledge and experience, specifically Excel
