  • Proficiency in Office Applications (Outlook, Excel) is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Remedy Incident Management System (or equivalent) is preferred but not obligatory.
  • Technical and/or Networking background is a bonus but not essential.

Essential Skills:

  • Previous customer service experience is beneficial.
  • Exceptional Customer Service abilities.
  • 5 years of customer service interaction.
  • Accurate typing skills.
