ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Assist with CAPPS Financial Issues from client FY 2024 implementation.

  • Close FY in CAPPS. Write procedures for year-end close and rollover.
  • CAPPS Asset Management module year-end close and depreciation process.
  • Evaluate statewide GL and Trial Balance reports to see if they meet client needs or build CAPPS reports (i.e. Business Objects and Query Manager) to meet client needs.
  • Fix some CAPPS budget reports that the CPA developed for client, but that have errors in the data being reported.
  • Work with client staff to reconcile USAS and CAPPS activity on a monthly basis in the most efficient manner.
  • Write procedures for CAPPS month-end close process.
  • Works independently and in coordination with client staff as assigned, to perform a variety of complicated tasks with a wide degree of creativity and latitude. Experience 8 Required
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in performing the essential functions, including experience with USAS and CAPPS Financials systems.
8 Preferred USAS and CAPPS and IT Implementations, and state budget and accounting processes 1 Preferred STAFF BASELINE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Attend scheduled meetings,
  • Meet deadlines,
  • Organize and manage assigned tasks,
