Job Description:

  • Review warranty reports and analyze failure modes
  • Propose potential root causes supported by warranty data and engineering expertise
  • Develop engineering solutions, including design modifications and manufacturing assistance
  • Create designs to meet customer specifications for new product development
  • Coordinate design validation in controlled environments and potentially with real customer applications

Responsibilities:

  • Support resolution of critical customer issues and new designs related to engine installation on small construction equipment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams comprising Engine System Team members, system engineers, manufacturing, and supply chain personnel
  • Deliver fully developed, validated designs with manufacturable drawings

Key Qualifications:

  • Proficient in CREO, Teamcenter, and Engine Components

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering required, prefer mechanical engineering
  • 5-7 years of engineering experience
  • Technical skills in Creo/Pro-E, machinery, construction equipment, engines, and validation methods
  • Soft skills including communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities

Experience Level:

Intermediate Level
