Job Summary

Aditi Consulting is seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Design Engineer to join our team. As an Electrical Systems Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems for small construction equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop electrical system wiring harnesses, cable assemblies, and associated wiring groups.
  • Develop and introduce electrical and electronics components and systems in mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve electrical system issues.
  • Communicate technical information effectively and professionally with team members, employees in other business units, customers, and suppliers.
  • Contribute to the development of electrical engineering support for product groups, including current production and future machines.
  • Support manufacturing by providing design solutions to issue resolution.
  • Contribute to every stage of the new product introduction process, including requirements capture, specifications, FMEA, design, development, testing, validation, and certification.
Requirements
  • Accredited engineering degree in electrical, electronic, computer, mechanical, agricultural, or automotive-related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive, construction, agricultural, aerospace/aviation, or similar mobile equipment industry.
  • Technical skills in Creo, electrical harness routing, Teamcenter database management, Creo electrical schematics, and electrical systems troubleshooting.
  • Soft skills in communication, teamwork, relationship building, teachability, proactivity, collaboration, accountability, dependability, and work ethic.
