Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our facility to ensure we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. What You Will Do In Your Role:

You will ensure and deliver high quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift.

You will collaborate with other members of the management team, the CNC directs, and monitors to evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures.

You will serve as a resource person for staff.

You will model a commitment to the organization's vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.

What Qualifications You Will Need:

Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License (Employees with RN Compact License are required to obtain Texas RN License within 90 days of hire date).

Graduated from an accredited school of nursing with an Associates or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.

1 year experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred

Current BCLS certification from the American Heart Association is require
