**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Med/Surg/Telemetry environment. As a Tele Med/Surg Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide direct patient care to a diverse population with varying needs, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve treatment goals.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, including documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines, protocols, and best practices in Med/Surg/Telemetry nursing.

**Requirements:**

  • 1+ year of experience in Med/Surg/Telemetry nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
  • Ability to work 36 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
