JOB PURPOSE:

Key Functions:

  • Connect with customers to troubleshoot and resolve phone, cable, and internet services.
  • Address billing concerns and resolve customer issues.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Basic typing and email skills necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Inbound call center environment with headset usage.
  • Required to remain at the workstation for extended periods.
  • Heavy keyboard/mouse usage with repetitive movements.
  • Potential for working over 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
