Core Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Processing and fulfilling customer and service department orders.
  • Organizing the receipt and stocking of various machinery components.
  • Gaining proficiency in online supplier parts systems for parts lookup and ordering.
  • Building expertise in our product lines and service standards.
  • Assisting in gathering data for efficient inventory management.
  • Maintaining positive working relationships with service and sales teams.
  • Ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
  • Identifying challenging customer situations and knowing when to escalate issues.
  • Prioritizing effective warehouse management practices.
  • Understanding that the work schedule may include overtime and rotating weekend shifts.
  • Demonstrating basic skills in computer-based spreadsheets, databases, and word processing.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Experience in parts sales within a retail context is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with agricultural and construction equipment parts is advantageous, though not required.
  • A detail-oriented and self-motivated approach.
  • The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Problem-solving skills in a dynamic and diverse environment.
  • The capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with computer technology.
  • An organized mindset.
  • A clean driving record is essential.
