  • Production Planning: Assess daily workload using the Par Sheet to ensure product freshness and customer satisfaction.
  • Dough Proofing: Utilize the proofer effectively to advance the dough preparation process.
  • Effective Communication: Maintain clear communication with fellow team members within the department.
  • Workstation Organization: Keep the baking area tidy and organized.
  • Sanitation: Ensure the baking area and all equipment are cleaned thoroughly on a daily basis.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Availability: Must be able to work between the hours of 4:00 am to 12:00 pm, including weekends and holidays.
  • Training: Willingness to undergo training is essential.
