Compensation: Full-Time Parts Pay Scale: $21.25-$37.40 DOE

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00-5:00

Key Responsibilities

The role encompasses, but is not limited to, the following tasks:

  • Procurement and fulfillment of customer and service department orders
  • Organization of the stocking and receiving processes for various machinery components
  • Proficiency in online supplier parts systems for parts lookup and ordering
  • Development of knowledge regarding existing product lines and service standards
  • Assistance in data collection for efficient inventory management
  • Maintenance of positive working relationships with service and sales teams
  • Ensuring a clean and safe working environment
  • Identification of challenging customer situations and appropriate escalation for resolution
  • Prioritization of effective warehouse management, including bin locations and freight handling
  • Flexibility to work overtime and a rotating Saturday schedule as needed
  • Basic understanding of computer-based spreadsheets, databases, and word processing
  • Promotion of Butler Machinery's mission and values in daily activities
  • Execution of additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Preferred experience in parts sales within a retail context
  • Knowledge of agricultural and construction equipment parts is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods
  • Commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Problem-solving skills in a dynamic and diverse environment
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong multitasking abilities
