Position Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support team to exceed targets through training and strategic planning.
  • Motivate and oversee team members to ensure success in operations.
  • Handle guest concerns and provide solutions effectively.
  • Assist in generating reports and updating site operations.
  • Be the central point of contact between resort tours and sales/marketing teams.
  • Participate in recruiting and training of team members.
  • Maintain attendance records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and previous supervisory experience.
  • Proven track record of reliability and effective execution.
  • Experience in management and timeshare or vacation ownership sector.
  • Ability to lift items up to 25 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and insurance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
