Job Description:

- Supervise employees and provide necessary training to accomplish assignments.
- Responsible for maintaining employee morale, conducting performance reviews, and taking disciplinary actions.
- Required knowledge of the job and garage door industry.
- Ability to read blueprints and inspect job sites.
- Must offer direction for any technical issues related to daily installations or services.
- Responsible for warehouse management, inventory accuracy.
- Oversee scheduling of doors using various Builders programs.
- Manage employee time sheets, spiffs, and bonus documentation, verifying and submitting to payroll.
- Approve Time off requests (PTO) for branch employees.
- Ensure correct clock in/out times in TIM's system for accurate payroll processing.
- Maintain proper staffing levels and build a strong team to meet performance goals.
- Manage branch location fleet vehicles as directed.
- Conduct monthly safety pre-trip inspections.
- Ensure completion of OSHA training by employees.
- Fulfill any additional tasks as requested by senior management.
