SUMMARY:

As the Service Center Manager, you will oversee the staff and operations of the service center, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering high levels of service and sales performance.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Execute service and sales programs to drive performance
  • Manage compliance with regulations
  • Review ITM activities and make staffing recommendations
  • Monitor service levels and provide coaching to staff
  • Handle cash and machine maintenance
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and security measures

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Education Required: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED), Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS)
  • Certification Education Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience Required: Three (3) years of management experience in a financial institution or retail environment
  • Experience Preferred: Experience managing multiple locations
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
    • Knowledge of credit union products, services, policies, and procedures
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Effective verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in using computers and job-specific technology/software
    • Ability to manage and lead teams

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As the Service Center Manager, you will be responsible for supervising employees, identifying areas for development, and providing support and guidance to ensure team success.


ITM MSR TRAVEL:

Travel: Up to 20% local travel may be required to support service center coverage.
