We are looking for a creative and organized Content and Marketing Manager to join our team and help us grow our online presence and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Film 5 high-quality videos per week featuring Alex Ramos and training sessions hours/week).

Edit videos with a keen eye for detail, ensuring they align with Alex Ramos's brand (5 hours/week).

Post videos, create engaging captions, and develop creative ideas that resonate with our audience (5 hours/week).

Campaign Management:

Develop and manage marketing campaigns, including creating proposed ideas and captions, specifically for Alex Ramos Training (2-3 hours per campaign/week).

Execute campaigns, ensuring all deadlines and details are met hours/week).

Collaboration and Coordination:

Coordinate with Alex Ramos and the Executive Assistant to align content with brand strategy and schedule.

Work with additional videographers and creative professionals as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience in content creation and video editing, preferably in the sports or fitness industry.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok.

Excellent writing and creative thinking skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Passion for soccer and familiarity with soccer training content is a plus.

Compensation:

Salary: $25 - $35 per hour, depending on experience and skills.
