Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Estimate projects following Primoris Policies and Procedures.
  • Lead estimating win strategy and implementation efforts.
  • Ensure accurate estimates are created and executed from site preparation to instrumentation and control estimation.
  • Manage workload scheduling for timely completion of deliverables.
  • Lead risk review process.
  • Travel to clients and/or sites for presentations and site walks as needed.
  • Maintain technical knowledge through educational workshops and reviews of technical publications.
  • Review estimating takeoffs, quotations, and mentor junior estimators.
  • Prepare special reports, develop estimates, and provide supervisory support for estimates.
  • Responsible for data base management, estimating process, and identifying scope gaps.
  • Prepare 'Value Engineering' recommendations for project improvement.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience estimating industrial projects.
  • 5+ years estimating power generation projects.
  • Strong background in site preparation, power generation equipment, and E&IC estimation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and office programs.
  • Understand commercial terms and conditions impact.

  • Work safely, follow instructions, meet deadlines.
  • Work during normal hours, overtime, and weekends as required.
