Your Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service under the Meat Department Manager's guidance
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Schedule department staff effectively to meet business needs
- Collaborate with the Meat Department Manager to boost sales and profits
- Keep an eye on gross profit, sales trends, and competitor prices
- Ensure adherence to operating standards and product quality
- Recruit, train, and develop staff as required
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of meat retail management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Ability to delegate tasks and motivate staff effectively
Location:
Rural Alaska (specific store to be determined upon offer)

Meat Department Manager
