A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RETAIL MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE

As a Retail Management Associate, your day kicks off with a strategic planning meeting, where you evaluate priorities and assign tasks to your team. You will efficiently manage store operations from opening to closing, ensuring everything runs smoothly. With a focus on merchandising, you will create engaging displays that attract customers and boost sales. Throughout the day, you will be a reliable leader, addressing challenges and guiding your team towards success. Utilizing your strong organizational skills and attention to detail, you will ensure that every customer interaction is exceptional.

SCHEDULE FOR THE RETAIL MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE

This position offers a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business. Availability on weekends and holidays may be necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RETAIL MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in retail
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (preferred)
  • Must be able to lift 55 lbs regularly.
