Job Description:
The client is in need of an Information Technology (IT) Contract Analyst. In this role, you'll be providing administrative support, analysis, and managing IT contracts for the Information Management Division. You'll tackle a variety of tasks and handle complex assignments while demonstrating strong communication skills, organization, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with administrative staff, IM managers, and other team members to prepare contract-related documents for review.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets to track contract renewals and licensing end dates.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on Division procurements.
  • Research current contracts from various entities for potential piggybacking opportunities to obtain goods/services.
  • Analyze and gather data to support administrative tasks and prepare special reports.
  • Utilize financial systems like MUNIS and Simpler reports.
  • Manage and update electronic files, documents, and records efficiently.

Education, Skills & Desirable Certification(s)
Required Skills

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational skills to manage workflow effectively, take initiative, and exercise sound judgment.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, employees, and vendors.

Required Experience
Minimum of 2 years of recent full-time experience in contract management, data analysis, and financial forecasting.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, finance, communication, or related field.
  • Work experience can be substituted for educational requirements based on equivalency.
