Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at our vibrant cocktail bar.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious and visually appealing drinks, engaging with customers, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering any questions about the menu.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and replenishing supplies, glassware, and ingredients.
  • Ensure that all drinks are prepared with precision, consistency, and attention to detail, adhering to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the bar manager and other team members to develop new and innovative drink recipes and seasonal specials.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices and proper handling of hazardous materials.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and providing change.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation.
  • Continuously educate yourself on current industry trends, new ingredients, and mixology techniques to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory levels, including monitoring stock, placing orders, and conducting regular stock checks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and fulfilling customer needs, resolving any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations, including assisting with bar setup and breakdown, as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive and energetic work environment by fostering teamwork, communication, and mutual respect among colleagues.

Qualifications:
