Role Summary:
The Bartender plays a crucial role in enhancing the dining experience for our guests. This position requires a friendly and sincere approach to service, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable and flavorful dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage with bar guests warmly and sincerely.
  • Effectively promote food and beverage offerings in an informative and enthusiastic manner.
  • Verify customer age for alcohol purchases by checking identification.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the bar area, including pre-bussing tables and countertops.
  • Handle spills and broken items promptly and efficiently.
  • Reset tables and bar areas according to company standards.
  • Ensure all drink orders are accurately recorded and prepared.
  • Prepare high-quality cocktails and beverages consistently.
  • Manage the service bar efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of drink orders.
  • Promote responsible drinking by monitoring guest consumption.
  • Present accurate bills and handle payments following company procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and stocked bar throughout the shift.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant setting.
  • Prior experience as a server at Earl Enterprises is required for internal promotions.
