Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Mixology and Service: Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and wines to patrons, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Bar Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, adhering to all health and safety standards.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Recipe Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop new and innovative cocktail recipes, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of previous restaurant and/or bartending experience, preferably in a high-volume establishment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of mixology and bar operations.
