Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Bartender to join our team at Wild Seed LTD. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and accurate service to our guests, making food and drink recommendations and answering all menu and service-related questions.
  • Team Leadership: Assist in training new members of the team and maintain a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Inventory Management: Assist management with monthly inventory and help maintain an accurate and diverse menu.
  • Quality Control: Maintain a spotlessly clean and sanitary bar area, including bar stools, high tops, and surrounding floors.
  • Guest Resolution: Handle guests' complaints by listening to their concerns, informing a manager, and resolving issues to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English.
  • Age Requirement: Must meet local, legal minimum age requirement to pour and serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
  • Physical Demands: Skill and coordination at using hands to pour drinks, carry several dishes at once, cut garnishes, etc.
