Responsibilities:- Champion the Select Medical Way by prioritizing patient care, enhancing community well-being, fostering innovation, delivering high-quality services, and upholding ethical standards.
- Lead the pharmacy department, collaborating closely with the CEO and other clinical teams.
- Oversee clinical, operational, administrative, staffing, and financial aspects of the hospital pharmacy.
- Ensure accurate preparation of medications and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Manage the Adverse Drug Reaction Program and participate in quality assurance initiatives.
- Conduct new employee training, patient therapy monitoring, and quality improvement efforts.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
We seek proactive team members dedicated to delivering top-notch quality in their work. Minimum requirements include completion of state licensure education, at least three years of recent hospital experience, current state license, and preferably Board Certification and/or Residency. Ideal candidates should hold a Pharm D or BS Pharm with advanced qualifications, along with managerial experience in a healthcare setting.
