Job Title: Health System Director of Pharmacy

Job Summary:

CPS Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health System Director of Pharmacy to lead our pharmacy operations at Great Falls Clinic Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all pharmacy operations, including planning, organizing, controlling, and supervising activities, according to hospital policies, standards of practice of the profession, and state and federal laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all pharmacy operations, including planning, organizing, controlling, and supervising activities
  • Recommend innovations in the practice and function of the pharmacy to hospital administration
  • Carry out mutually agreed upon programs with assistance from a full support team
  • Assist with the security of the pharmacies and controlled substances
  • Assist in recruitment and hiring of pharmacy staff
  • Ensure all legal, accreditation, and certification requirements are being met
  • Ensure provision of optimal services
  • Enhance financial performance

Requirements:

  • Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy; PharmD preferred
  • Current Montana Pharmacist license in good standing
  • 3+ years of recent Pharmacy Director experience in a complex health system
  • At least 5 years of experience as a pharmacist in an acute care hospital setting
