Summary:

The IT Technical Analyst is responsible for providing second and third level technical support to SBH end users. This includes resolving complex technical issues, along with maintaining SBH IT hardware and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computing hardware and software, as well as excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve technical and software issuesPerform routine maintenance and updatesComplete assigned IT projects from start to finish, including planning, implementation, and testing.Document end user interactions and resolutions in IT ticket systemConfigure and deploy new IT hardware/softwareStay up-to-date on the latest technologies

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:
