Job Title: SAP Functional Analyst - SD/MM

At FreshDirect, we are seeking a highly skilled SAP Functional Analyst - SD/MM to join our team. As a key member of our ERP implementation team, you will be responsible for gathering business requirements, developing detailed functional specifications, and ensuring the solution meets the requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather business requirements and develop detailed functional specifications
  • Act as a liaison with the manufacturing business and ERP team to ensure system requirements, deadlines, and priorities are clear and attained
  • Perform FIT/GAP analysis and provide SAP solutions that can be achieved through configuration
  • Work closely with the ABAP team on functional specifications that cannot be accomplished using standard SAP functionality
  • Develop and execute test cases, perform unit and integration testing, and document preparation
  • Assist with end-user training and perform technical troubleshooting to resolve production support issues
Requirements:
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of proven SAP analysis experience in a 4.7 or above environment with at least three full life cycle implementation and/or upgrade
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline with specialized leadership training and/or demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities through previous experience and education
  • Core strength in Sales and Distribution (SAP SD) and Materials Management (SAP MM) modules, with knowledge of other modules (PP, WM) a huge plus
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced Planning Optimization (APO) knowledge
  • Process manufacturing and prior experience in Food Processing processes
  • Experience in Consumer Product Goods, Retail, and Food and Distribution
  • Knowledge of Win-shuttle for data load and mass data creation in SAP
  • Experience in developing training documentation using uPerform
  • Knowledge of MES and integrating MES with SAP PP
