Position Overview

We are searching for a talented and self-motivated Supply Chain Analyst to help us create the future of flight. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

Responsibilities

Job Brief: Aurora Flight Sciences is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities: The statement of work includes a variety of Supply Chain functions, including, but not limited to: data analysis management and reporting, driving and ensuring completion of critical team action items, oversight and facilitation of team meetings, collaboration and coordination with internal team and other stakeholders throughout Supply Chain and beyond, development of tools to improve team productivity, support of the Director of Supply Chain and additional duties as assigned.

Daily Responsibilities include:

-Gathering and analyzing procurement information/data

-Prepare multiple reports on variable schedules or on an as needed basis

-Oversees data that monitors the key performance indices; identifies potential risk areas

-Interpreting and explaining the data

-Submitting reports to the relevant stakeholders and management

-Finding patterns and trends in the analyzed data

-Assist leadership with assessing business goals and needs

Establishing new data gathering and analysis techniques within the organization

-Presenting analyzed data to Director/Executive level leadership

-Small Business support planning and reporting

Minimum Requirements

-Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience).

-Experience in data analyst role

-A self-starter with strong problem-solving

-Strong and effective communication skills both written and oral

-Ability to manage a workload in a fast pace working environment

-Highly competent and experienced in all Microsoft applications

-Ability to switch between high priority tasks

-Must be US Person

Preferred Requirements

-Experience with commercial procurement processes

-Knowledge of supply chain/procurement systems and processes

-Experience in procurement/procurement analyst role

-Experience with FAR/DFAR & Government Procurement

-Highly competent and experienced in all Microsoft applications and SAP Small Business support experience.

-Proficiency with PowerBI

Physical Requirements

-Work onsite in Manassas, VA (part-time telecommuter)

-No physical requirements, this is an office/desk position.

Salary Range (Annualized USD)

+ Minimum Range: $48,000.00 to $85,000.00

+ Maximum Range: $56,000.00 to $100,000.00
