Responsibilities:

_ The Regional Customer Service Associate will be responsible for handling tasks and projects as assigned._
-
Hospitality - Ensure site common areas are well-stocked and maintained, check conference rooms and reset after meetings, handle catering requests, etc.
-
Mail Room - Process incoming and outgoing mail/packages throughout office and campus environments
-
Copy Center - Fulfill scan/print requests according to the instructions provided

  • Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
  • Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Reliable transportation to locations accessible by public transportation as well as those more remote
  • Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
  • Lifting up to 55 pounds
