About the Job Title and Company:

We are looking for a dedicated individual to fill the role of Residential Program Manager on a full-time basis. In this position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations at one of our residential locations in Golden Valley.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage site operations and program service delivery
  • Coordinate staff scheduling for consistent service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and licensing requirements
  • Provide support and care to individuals with disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses
  • Offer training, supervision, and coaching to Direct Support Professionals
  • Oversee medication administration compliance
  • Implement person-centered practices to enhance quality of life
  • Act as the emergency contact for individuals and stakeholders


Schedule:

The position offers flexible scheduling, including a mix of direct care and administrative tasks, with weekend and on-call duties.


Salary:

$19.25 per hour


Locations Available:

South Minneapolis, New Hope, Golden Valley, St Louis Park, Champlin, Hidden Valley


Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

  • Driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Minimum one year of direct care experience in a licensed setting
  • Prior supervisory experience


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Therap
  • Three or more years of direct care experience in a licensed setting
  • Two or more years of supervisory experience in a licensed setting
  • Knowledge of DBT skills
  • Experience with various mental health disorders
