Key Responsibilities:
As the Residential Program Services Administrator, you will:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, specifically 245D, across all service operations.
- Work closely with county licensors to demonstrate adherence to compliance standards, including conducting internal audits and resolving grievances.
- Complete necessary licensing documentation and provide detailed information regarding service delivery.
- Supervise a team of two to three Residential Program Directors, ensuring high-quality service delivery through effective delegation.
- Collect and analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings during CARF assessments.
- Identify and pursue referrals, facilitating the initiation of services for individuals in need.
- Act as a liaison for families and external partners, ensuring satisfaction with the services provided.
- Develop and implement departmental objectives that align with the agency's mission and goals.
- Manage budgets and financial resources to ensure alignment with funding requirements.
Location:
This role is based in Minneapolis, with regular travel to various residential sites.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- A bachelor's degree in a human services-related field and one year of full-time experience in direct care for individuals with disabilities or those aged 65 and older.
- An associate degree in a related field with two years of relevant experience.
- A diploma in a relevant field from an accredited institution along with three years of applicable work experience.
- A minimum of 50 hours of education/training in human services and disabilities, plus four years of direct care service experience under a qualified supervisor.
- A minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a program providing direct support to individuals with disabilities or the elderly.
- An acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy.
Work Schedule:
This position requires flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, holidays, and on-call duties.
