Position Responsibilities:
Scrum Scaling and Coaching Support Is knowledgeable in scaling agile and can assist large complex platforms and products in adopting agile principles and practices. Is a teacher, coach, mentor, facilitator, and change agent. Demonstrates an ability to influence agility with those interacting with the Agile team, including direct management. Mentors other Scrum Masters. Scrum Team Support Is knowledgeable in scaling agile and can assist large complex platforms and products in adopting agile principles and practices. Guides the Scrum Team's focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done. Removes impediments to the Scrum Team's progress. Ensures that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox. Shields the team from external influences. Guides the team on how to use agile values, agile principles, and agile framework practices to delight customers and contribute towards building a culture of trust, respect, simplicity, courage, transparency, and agility. Helps find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management. Helps the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items. Helps establish empirical product planning for a complex environment. Assesses the agile health of the team and coach them to higher levels of fluency at a sustainable pace for the team and department. Embodies agile behaviors and practices while exhibiting an innovative attitude and an aptitude to embrace change and improve the practices and processes of the team daily. Oversees the scrum process, coaches the team; facilitates transparent and adaptive culture. Communication/Collaboration Helps to ensure coordination and collaboration across multiple teams to ensure delivery of high value to the customer. Facilitates discussion, decision making, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement. Builds a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of punishment. Build effective partnership with the Product Owner and provide mentoring and support especially with respect to refining and managing the product backlog and release planning, aligning delivery expectations with all stakeholders.
