About the Job:

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Case Manager for victims of human trafficking. As a Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive services to both minor and adult victims of human trafficking.



Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to requests for case management or advocacy services
  • Conduct thorough assessments and create goal-oriented care plans
  • Provide case management to a caseload of up to 12 clients
  • Advocate for clients and victims of human trafficking
  • Collect, organize, and enter data into appropriate formats
  • Participate in public outreach events and professional trainings
  • Assist in the development of new projects and events related to human trafficking
  • Maintain client files and confidentiality
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
  • Minimum of two years of related work experience
  • Knowledge of anti-trafficking initiatives
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • CPR and First Aid Certified

Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to work well with diverse populations
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours
  • Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass required background checks

Physical Demands:

While the job involves primarily office work, some physical tasks may be required. The ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform various movements is essential.


Work Environment:

This position may involve occasional exposure to outside weather conditions. The work environment is generally moderate in terms of noise level.
