Talentry is looking for a Principal Scientist who has proven mammalian cell culture expertise (CHO).
This scientist will focus on cell culture process development for upstream processes with respect to mammalian cells, including CHO cells.
The right person will design and perform experiments to optimize medium development, process parameters, characterization and scale-up.He or she will also manage tech-transfer to CMOs, and other partners, as well as author the appropriate portions of BLAs and INDs.
RequirementsPh.
D and 7+ years of experience, or MS with additional experience.
Proven CHO and other mammalian cell experience.
Proven wet-lab experience.
Demonstrated tech transfer and scale-up experience.
Statistical design and DoE experience necessary.
