We have an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and seasoned Bridge Superintendent specializing in civil construction to become a part of our team. As the Bridge Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day project activities, including substantial concrete construction and lifting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly comprehend and enforce safety policies and procedures.
  • Analyze blueprints to determine structural dimensions.
  • Sequence activities for the fabrication, assembly, and erection of the structure.
  • Conduct quality inspections of work performed by subordinates.
  • Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
  • Propose enhancements to production methods, equipment performance, and product quality to enhance the efficiency of the work crew.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a superintendent.
  • Proficiency in bridge construction and heavy concrete work.
  • Capable of managing projects ranging from $4 million to $30 million.
  • Experience with heavy lifting operations.
  • Marine experience is a bonus but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with the Operations Manager, Project Manager, and field engineer.
  • Willingness to work on-site.
