Restoration Foreman

We are seeking a highly skilled Restoration Foreman to join our team at Hyper Networks. As a Restoration Foreman, you will be responsible for leading our restoration crew and ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards.

• Lead and manage a team of restoration crew members to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Oversee the preparation and finishing of asphalt and concrete surfaces, including cutting, fitting, and joining construction materials.
• Use floats, trowels, and screeds to level concrete and ensure a smooth finish.
• Operate power construction equipment, including jackhammers, tampers, and rollers, to prepare and finish asphalt.
• Perform basic carpentry tasks, including planing, laying out, and using power tools to measure, cut, assemble, and install forms, rebar, embeds, and anchor bolts.
• Construct built-in-place or prefabricated wooden and metal forms, according to specifications, for molding concrete structures.
• Erect built-in-place forms or assemble and install prefabricated forms, and insert spreaders and tie-rods to maintain specific dimensions.
• Anchor and brace forms to fixed objects using nails, bolts, anchor rods, steel cables, planks, and timber.
• Place concrete into forms and finish according to specified textures, vibrate, level, smooth, and shape the surface of concrete.
• Remove rough or defective spots from concrete surfaces using power grinders or chisels and hammers, and patch holes with fresh concrete or epoxy compound.
• Ensure that all work is completed safely and in accordance with OSHA and company safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the Superintendent, Foreman, and Subs to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Superintendent or Foreman.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in asphalt and concrete restoration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience operating mini-excavators is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including motor vehicle, drug, and background checks.
• Ability to work safely and follow all OSHA and company safety regulations.
• Ability to perform strenuous physical activities, including lifting objects weighing over 70 pounds.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ability to comprehend safety standards, operating maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to work up to 12 hours a day in all weather and temperature extremes.

• May be required to work long and unpredictable hours, including weekends.
• Working outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
• Bend, squat, kneel, and stand frequently.
• Exposure to dust, fluctuating temperatures, and periodic high noise levels.
• Required to wear personal protective equipment as needed to perform job tasks.
• Regularly exposed to noise, dust, and various types of smells.
• Frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles.
