Job Summary:

The Agent role encompasses diverse tasks such as providing concierge-level security, handling residential and event security, response services, basic driving, and investigations.


Essential Functions:
  • Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  • Deliver top-notch security services to clients at company premises and events.
  • Handle and defuse tense situations or individuals.
  • Prepare detailed incident reports for documentation purposes.
  • Conduct quality investigations and compile investigative reports.
  • Provide emergency and crisis response services, including high-risk terminations, natural disasters, civil unrest, and threat monitoring.
  • Transport clients to and from venues.
  • Secure residential perimeters, monitor CCTV, manage access controls, and respond to alarms.
  • Identify and report equipment deficiencies.
  • Perform any other assigned duties.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:
High School Diploma or GED with a background in law enforcement, military, and/or security. Must possess a current UT Armed Security Officer License and UT CCW or HR218. Pinkerton values diversity and welcomes candidates with various backgrounds and perspectives.
Competencies:
  • Experience in concierge-level customer service.
  • Ability to conduct thorough and precise investigations and reports.
  • Proficiency in access control systems, CCTV, and alarm monitoring.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with computer systems, including Microsoft Office.

Working Conditions:
  • Capable of performing all essential functions both physically and mentally with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Regular computer usage.
  • Face stressful situations such as dealing with unauthorized individuals.
  • Quick decision-making during emergencies.
  • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and traversing uneven terrain for extended periods.
  • Ability to adjust vision focus between close and far distances.
  • Travel as needed.
