As an Insurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our insurance agents in gaining and keeping customers. Your contributions will pave the way for growing your career and expanding your income.

**Responsibilities**

  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and promote the development of our business.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals and support the growth of our business.

**Qualifications**

  • Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Able to obtain a Property and Casualty License.
  • Able to obtain a Life/Health License (optional).
  • Able to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals.
  • State Farm experience preferred.
