Showing Assistant Needed Immediately


Do you have your GA real estate license and would like to supplement your income showing homes part-time? We're looking for someone with good people skills and a flexible schedule.


Responsibilities-

  • Communicate with the agent and clients via group text. We may introduce you to the client on a Zoom call prior to meeting them in person.
  • Coordinate showings with buyers
  • Accommodate buyers preferred times to a reasonable degree
- the majority of showings are weekends and evenings after people get off work. Occasionally they will be during week days.

  • There may be times when you'll do virtual showings for clients that are not local.
  • Dress professionally and arrive at showings a few minutes early
  • Look up info about properties, be prepared and knowledgeable when showing the homes
  • Communicate feedback with the agent afterwards. Do the buyers want to make an offer? If not, what did they like or not like about the property for future reference.
  • There are additional opportunities for this position to grow and expand with the right person.
