MKTG Sports + Entertainment is looking for an Associate, Social and Influencer Marketing to join our Content team.

We're looking for someone to support social and influencer-led activations, creative brainstorming and strategy, while assisting in excellent client service.

You will be focused on a client sponsorship in the sports space

Responsibilities

  • You will report to the Manager of Social and Influencer Marketing, assisting in our endtoend process, with a focus on social strategy, editorial planning, content development and influencer partnerships
  • Develop social content, including brainstorming, copywriting, scheduling, posting, and community management
  • Manage the influencer process from research and contracting through campaign wrapup
  • Analyze content performance and develop applicable insights for client social reports
  • Lead administrative tasks for accounts and contribute to daily client management including agenda, recaps, and note taking
  • Share social media trends and keep a pulse on the cultural conversations around sports events for our teams and clients
  • This role may require travel to different locations that correspond to certain sports' schedule, including weekends and regular in person interaction/relationshipbuilding with client leads

Qualifications About You**- 1+ year of experience in social media, content, or influencer partnerships

  • Consider yourself an avid user of social platforms
  • Culturally fluent you love learning about communities, trends, and the latest upandcoming creators; especially when it comes to sports fandom
  • Knowledge in content creation, filming, and editing
  • Capcut, Canva, etc.
  • Commitment to help grow our business this means sometimes working nonstandard hours, wearing multiple hats and responding to realtime events
  • Advocate diversity and inclusion you prioritize diverse perspectives and voices
