Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Recruiter to join our team, serving a client based in Denver, Colorado.

As a Construction Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and recruiting top-tier talent for various construction roles within our client's organization.

Your expertise will play a pivotal role in advancing our client's growth within the dynamic construction industry. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $30 to $35 per hour.

ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with our client's hiring managers to comprehensively understand their unique construction staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

Utilize a range of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, industry events, and networking, to identify and attract well-qualified candidates for diverse construction positions.

Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate their technical skills, experience, and cultural compatibility.
Efficiently manage and coordinate interview schedules between candidates and our client's hiring teams, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
Cultivate and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates, proactively anticipating future staffing requirements.
Foster strong relationships with industry professionals, trade organizations, and educational institutions to establish a network of construction talent.
Provide constructive and timely feedback to candidates throughout the selection process.
Skillfully negotiate job offers and navigate salary discussions, aligning with our client's compensation guidelines.
Stay updated on construction industry trends, job market dynamics, and recruitment best practices to continually enhance your recruitment strategies.
Collaborate with our client's internal teams to refine and optimize recruitment processes for maximum efficiency.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Demonstrated experience of 3+ years in recruitment, with a strong emphasis on construction or related industries.
Proven success in sourcing, engaging, and hiring candidates for a variety of construction roles.
Familiarity with diverse recruitment tools, software, and platforms.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the cultivation of rapport and effective relationships.
Impeccable organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adapting to evolving priorities.
Comprehensive understanding of construction job roles, skillsets, and industry nuances.
Professional demeanor and a results-oriented approach.
