The Role :

  • Business Development Prospecting for local clients who seek to fill IT-related positions via telephone and e-campaigns, identifying their hiring needs, and offering our staffing solutions
  • Candidate Recruiting Actively working alongside candidates from the initial point of contact all the way to the job offer phase. This includes: Sourcing, screening, and qualifying tech professionals utilizing an applicant tracking system - Hosting initial exploratory conversations in which candidate career objectives are identified – Conducting comprehensive interviews in which candidates are thoroughly qualified and prepared to meet with clients
