Required Qualifications of the

Sr

Business Analyst :
Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
5+ years of business analysis experience.
Experience working in Medicaid and/or healthcare industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities of the

Sr.

Business Analyst :
Serve as liaison between the business programs community and IT to provide technical solutions that meet user needs.
Analyze business partner's operations to understand strengths/weaknesses and determine opportunities to automate processes and functions.
Provide documentation and analysis of processes.
Make recommendations for buy versus build decisions.

Work Location:
Onsite in Columbia, SC
