About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Process Analyst to join our team at EverBank. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the establishment of new business processes and integrating them with existing ones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use process design and improvement methodologies to identify, analyze, and improve business processes and service quality.
  • Develop documentation to support analysis and recommended improvements, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps.
  • Support the development of integration training materials and activities for new processes and procedures.
  • Plan for process integration opportunities that support business objectives while creating process changes by integrating new processes into existing ones and communicating these changes to affected areas.
  • Perform post-implementation project reviews to assess the effectiveness of changes in the process.
Requirements
  • University degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience required; 5+ years preferred.
  • Physical requirements: sedentary work.
  • Career level: 7IC.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Banking industry experience.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience with client-facing software.
