PURPOSE

The Restaurant Manager plays a vital role in overseeing day-to-day operations, providing exceptional service to guests, and ensuring financial compliance in the absence of the General Manager.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coach, develop, and lead the team
  • Equip staff with necessary tools and resources
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and cultivate regular clientele

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the United States
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant management software
  • Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and regulatory requirements
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management
  • Strong communication skills and guest-centric approach
WORKING CONDITIONS

The Restaurant Manager role involves dynamic working conditions, from office tasks to hands-on management in a fast-paced restaurant environment with varying noise and guest volumes. Adaptability and hands-on involvement are key to success.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
