Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and surpass sales and profitability targets while maintaining personal sales performance and motivating the team to achieve store goals.
  • Facilitate the recruitment, retention, and development of a diverse talent pool.
  • Provide exemplary customer service to all guests, leading by example and coaching staff on best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety protocols.
  • Monitor performance metrics to ensure compliance with company policies, core values, and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required; an Associate's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of management experience in a bakery, restaurant, or fast-food environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of 85C products and future business concepts.
  • Proven success in training, operational development, and customer service excellence.
  • Ability to cultivate an ownership mentality among all team members.
  • Familiarity with daily store operations, from opening to closing.
  • Experience managing high-volume locations with direct oversight of ten or more employees.
  • Willingness to work full-time, including evenings and weekends.

Physical Requirements:

This role involves moderate physical activity, including lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, and standing for extended periods. Employees may encounter various environmental conditions, including temperature variations from coolers and freezers.
